Nicaraguan Investment Group DBA Link Up BPO Terms and Conditions

Introduction 

This Terms of Service Agreement governs your use of the services provided by Link Up BPO, a Doing Business As (DBA) of Nicaraguan Investment Group. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

 

Services 

Link Up BPO provides staffing solutions and related services to businesses and organizations (the “Services”). These services may include but are not limited to:

Recruitment and Placement of Employees: We identify, select, and place top-quality candidates within your organization. Our comprehensive recruitment process involves candidate sourcing, in-depth interviews, skill assessments, reference checks, and tailored recommendations. We ensure that the candidates we propose align with your organization’s specific requirements and culture, contributing to your workforce’s success.

Human Resources Consulting: Our team of HR experts offers valuable insights and support across a broad spectrum of HR functions. This encompasses:

  • Employee Relations: We assist in resolving workplace conflicts, managing grievances, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.

  • Benefits Administration: Our services include the efficient management of employee benefits.

  • Compliance: We ensure that your organization adheres to all relevant labor laws and regulations, including labor contracts and wage laws.

  • Training and Development: We offer training aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of your employees.

  • HR Strategy Development: We work with you to formulate long-term HR strategies designed to attract, retain, and nurture a high-performing workforce.

Payroll Services: Simplify your payroll processes with our comprehensive payroll management services. We take charge of payroll calculation. Our aim is to minimize administrative burdens, reduce the risk of payroll errors, and ensure your employees are compensated correctly and on schedule.

 

Fees and Payments

The fees for our services will be clearly outlined in separate agreements or invoices that will be provided to you. By engaging our services, you agree to make payments in accordance with the terms specified in those agreements or invoices.

Before commencing any work, we will inform you of our hourly rate for Virtual Assistant services. This hourly rate constitutes the primary fee, and we do not impose any additional charges. The specific payment terms will be detailed in your agreement or invoice. We kindly request that clients adhere to these terms to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery process.

No Refund Policy

Due to our billing method, which is based on the hours worked by our Virtual Assistants (VAs), we do not offer refunds for services rendered. Our charges are directly tied to the productive hours spent by our VAs on your tasks and projects.

In the event that you encounter any issues or concerns related to the performance of your Virtual Assistant that prompt you to consider a refund, we encourage you to discuss these concerns with us promptly. We are committed to resolving any issues and finding suitable solutions to ensure your satisfaction.

However, it is essential to note that we will not refund hours that have already been worked by the Virtual Assistant. Our policy reflects our commitment to fairness and transparency in billing for the actual services provided. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality service and addressing any challenges that may arise during the course of our engagement.

 

No Chargebacks Policy

At Link Up BPO, we prioritize transparency and open communication with our clients. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, we have established a No Chargebacks policy. We kindly request our clients to refrain from issuing or threatening to issue any chargebacks to Link Up BPO or using their credit card and/or other payment methods (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for any reasons related to our services.

In the event that a chargeback is initiated, Link Up BPO reserves the right to take appropriate actions to protect its interests. This may include reporting the incident to credit bureaus as a delinquent account. We believe in fair and equitable resolutions to any concerns or issues that may arise during our partnership and encourage clients to reach out to us directly for prompt and amicable solutions.

By choosing Link Up BPO as your business partner, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our No Chargebacks policy, fostering a collaborative and trust-based relationship. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a positive working relationship.

 

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of providing or receiving services. It is understood that Link Up BPO will not share any information about the processes or activities of one client with any other clients. 

 

Termination

In the event of termination, the Client is required to provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice, unless alternative arrangements have been previously agreed upon.

If employment is terminated prematurely due to inadequate performance, as determined solely by the Client, the Client may withhold a partial payment for the completed services. The Virtual Assistant will be obligated to satisfactorily complete the outstanding work before receiving any remaining payment.

Payment to the Virtual Assistant for the completion of the agreed-upon duties will be made at an agreed hourly rate. This approach is intended to ensure that the Client’s tasks are thoroughly completed by the Virtual Assistant before final compensation is issued.

 

Changes to Terms

Link Up BPO reserves the right to update and modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of our Services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
